Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your FOREXVERSE account and associated personal data at any time. This applies whether you signed up via Telegram or email.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login identifiers (Telegram ID or email)
- Usage history, chat interactions, and saved preferences
- Push notification tokens and referral data
Payment and KYC records may be retained where required by law or by our payment processors (NOWPayments, Paystack, RevenueCat) for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, even after account deletion.
How to request deletion
Send an email to the address below from the email linked to your account (or include your Telegram username if you signed up that way). We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
