Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your FOREXVERSE account and associated personal data at any time. This applies whether you signed up via Telegram or email.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login identifiers (Telegram ID or email)
- Usage history, chat interactions, and saved preferences
- Push notification tokens and referral data
Payment and KYC records may be retained where required by law or by our payment processors (NOWPayments, Paystack, RevenueCat) for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, even after account deletion.
How to request deletion
Open FOREXVERSE, go to Profile → Settings, and tap Delete Account. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day grace period. You can reactivate it from the same Settings page at any time before the scheduled deletion date.
7-Day Grace Period
Deletion is not immediate. During the 7-day grace period you may reactivate your account from Settings. After the scheduled date passes, the account is permanently deleted and a future sign-up is treated as a new account.
