FOREXVERSE ("we", "our", "the app") provides AI-powered forex and metals market analysis. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using FOREXVERSE, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & Authentication Data: Telegram user ID and profile info (via Telegram login), email address (via email OTP), or your Pi Network account identifier, depending on how you sign in.
  • Payment & KYC Data: Our payment processors (NOWPayments, or Telegram star for crypto payments) collect billing details such as your name, card or wallet information, and, where required by law, identity verification (KYC) information. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Features accessed, scanner/analysis requests, chat interactions with our AI assistant, and crash/error logs to improve reliability.
  • Device & Advertising Data: On the free tier, our ad partners (Google AdMob, Monetag) may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID) and general usage data to serve and measure ads.
  • Push Notification Tokens: If enabled, we store a device token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver trade alerts and app updates.
  • Referral Data: A device fingerprint is collected to prevent fraudulent referral claims.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate core features (analysis, alerts, AI chat, scanner)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send trade alerts, updates, and important account notices
  • Detect and prevent fraud, including referral abuse
  • Serve relevant ads (free-tier users only)
  • Improve app performance and fix issues

3. Third-Party Services

We work with the following, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Flutterwave & Paystack (payment processing)
  • NOWPayments & TON Connect (crypto payment processing)
  • Supabase (secure data storage and authentication)
  • Google AdMob & Monetag (advertising, free tier only)
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
  • Telegram (login and Mini App functionality, where applicable)

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations (particularly for payment and KYC records). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access-controlled databases, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Choices

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
  • Disable push notifications at any time in your device settings
  • Opt out of personalized ads where supported by your device settings
  • Delete your account by contacting us at the email below

7. Children's Privacy

FOREXVERSE is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
