1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use FOREXVERSE.

2. Market Information and Risk

FOREXVERSE provides informational and analytical tools only. Content, indicators, AI outputs, sentiment data, alerts, and market commentary are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading foreign exchange, metals, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and can result in losses. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and must not misuse, share, resell, or unlawfully access another account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use FOREXVERSE for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls.
• Do not use automated systems to abuse quotas, referrals, subscriptions, or platform features.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and available payment methods are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers or app stores, and their terms may also apply. Except where required by law or platform rules, fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

6. AI and Third-Party Data

FOREXVERSE may use third-party market data, infrastructure, AI systems, advertising providers, and payment processors. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. You should independently verify important information before acting on it.

7. Intellectual Property

FOREXVERSE, its branding, software, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual- property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, product improvements, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOREXVERSE and its developer are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Privacy and Account Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. You may also request account deletion through the dedicated account-deletion page available on the FOREXVERSE website.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of FOREXVERSE after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
